How to enter Travel history.

I came to Canada in April 2011 and never went back. I just went to USA for three days in 2013 for tourism. How should I enter my travel history?

just enter the month and year of travel...i don;t think there is an option to choose the date...same month and year in from and to

It actually asks for date.

So this is how it looks like on my profile:

April 2011 09 to Ongoing For Study/Work
August 03, 2013 to August 05, 2013 USA tourism.

exactly...put everything in reverse chronological order

Just to let you know, only trips outside country or residence/origin needs to be declared

As per CIC wesbite: "Provide details of any trips xxxxx has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago"

Yes, and in this case it's correct to declare both as in Canada he is as Temporary resident

So how does CIC verify if you have stated all your trips in travel history?! If you are going to only upload the biodata page of your passport.

They can't really verify it anyway... in my case, only Canada made stamps, but European countries (Germany, Italy, France, Spain, UK) never did. I listed them, but CIC would never know.

you are supposed to upload all the pages with the stamps too

That's not what it says in the requirement for passport upload. They only ask for biodata page which shows country of origin, date of birth, etc.

No mention of all pages plus stamps. From where did you get this requirement?
