Hey all,

We've been collecting letters of support for our sponsorship package, and we've run into a funny situation. I gave people an example and told people to put the letter in their own words, which they have, but everyone seemed to have bit down on a phrase that I included in my example - "genuine and continuing relationship..."

Do you think it's a big deal if that phrase is in multiple letters? They generally sound distinct, but it just bugs me to have such a particular phrase show up more than once.

Let me know. Thanks!

Agree that it is a bit weird. Unclear whether it would actually make a difference but I would personally ask people to change the wording. At the moment it looks like you gave them a template. I bet they looked up an example online.
