Hi, so my wife in the past year sponsored me for permanent residency under the Family/Spouse class, her doctor recently recommended her to apply for income support and AISH because he and her therapist deem her unable to work, my question is will this affect my permanent residency and her sponsorship if we do apply?
There were questions about it in the paperwork to apply for it, also our sponsorship paperwork says the sponsorship period is 36 months, and I recall reading something about her not receiving government funding during the probation period, for lack of a better word.
