Question about signature using just first name

I am sponsoring my wife and busy in the process of organizing our application. I noticed one thing. My wife's signature always contains only her first name (for ex: on her Indian passport, our marriage certificate etc.).

Since she will be signing her PR applications, I assume she is supposed to sign the same way she did for passport (i.e using just first name) on all the PR application forms.

Is signing just using first name considered ok for PR applications? I really don't know what to say here because I don't think it's a good idea if my wife's signs on PR application forms using both first and last name to keep it more formal, but is not in sync with her passport signature.

Please let me know your thoughts.

same as her passports and any other legal docs.

p.s don't think it would be matter if her signature contains only her first name.

My signature (passport, legal docs and pr application forms) is not in English, it is in my native language.
I did not have any problem.

My wife signed all the forms in Thai and no problem at all.
