Hello!

I'm currently living with my husband in Canada with a Multiple entry Visa, when I apply (spousal sponsorship) it will be more than 6 months that I have been in Canada.
I will be extending my stay soon, hopefully get a 1 year extension to apply through Buffalo.
I understand my residence address will be the address in which I'm staying in Canada with my husband. I would like to know if I still have to use the Region Specific Forms from my original country even if my residence is Canada now.
Oh second question is - on IMM5540, my husband's highest level of education he has completed is College/University (question 5), does he put the number of years completed of college/university (3) or the total 12+3? Sorry if this is a dumb question.. The forms are not too specific sometimes.

Thank you very much for the help!

Oh sorry another question - if I use the Region Specif form, is it ok to use the medical form included in it to see a DMP in Canada?

Thank you again!!

Yes you use the region specific forms for your country of Citizenship (where you were born) and the Medical form on the region specific forms when getting your medical done in Canada with the DMP you are using..

For the education part we put total years of education in that box, I was confused too..So we put the total years upto the end of high school..

Thank you very much for your answer! ;D
