Question about refunds

Hi,

I sent my forms off on 28th november 2010 and havent heard anything yet.
im thinking of cancelling it, is there any chance of me getting a refund if they havent looked at it yet?
i payed at the bank already and the money came out.
Maybe this is a stupid question...
