Question about property

Hello folks in the first place. My mother bought me a house as a present 2 years ago. Rightfully she is the owner of the property as we never bothered with the papers so I could become the one. The house is located at a seaside in another town and because of my university and the work, I am able to spend a week of the holiday there throughout the year, therefore, I am renting it on booking.com and airbnb. Now, my question is, can I show the invoices and the payed bills (by me) as a support of financial background? As I noted, I am not legally the owner of the house.

For the purposes of using it as "means of financial support" it is irrelevant who is the owner.If the invoices are under your name AND you have evidence of deposits to your account then yes, you can.
