Question about PR card application (payer info for online fee). please help! :)

Hi. I am finishing up my application for PR card (renewal).

I have a question and any help would be very much appreciated.

I used my mom's credit card to pay for the fee online. Do I put my mom's information for the payer information on the receipt? or mine?
