Question about Ph.D stream immigration (graduated from Concordia which is in QC)

Hi everyone,

I applied Ph.D stream immigration in April, 2013. Now there is always ‘in process' when l checked online. I gratuated in June, 2013. And now i am still in Montreal. Does anyone know that it affects my application cuz it is the federal skilled worker immigration.
