Question about OWP

Hi everyone,

I know some people suggest to include paper application of OWP while submitting common law paper application.
But on CIC website, it says “
Most people must apply online.
You can only apply on paper if you can’t apply online because of a disability or because there is a problem with the online application.”.
I just want to confirm if I apply OWP online and also include the paper application, would that be a problem?

You have to apply on paper. You can't do both.
