Question About Medical Help

I just completed my medical here in canada but the doctor told me he will
be sending the result to Regional Center Ottawa.

My Question is since Im applying outland Baffalo, Im I soppose to go back
and tell the Doctor to send it to Buffalo or will the Buffalo office request it
from Ottawo. Help

The doctor is sending it to the right place. Buffalo will request the results from Ottawa.
