Hello. I live with my sponsor and the instructions say to mail the applicant forms to your sponsor, then the sponsor would complete their forms.

When it comes to sending in the whole application, do the applicant forms need to be in a separate envelope or can it all be in one envelope?

This may seem trivial but I just want to know for sure.

Thank you,
Andrew

It is one application sent all together with applicant forms/ info, sponsor forms/ info, and proof of relationship. one application!

The applications do not need to be separated. I mailed all of my paperwork in one envelop and I had no issues with it, except for the 1 form I neglected to submit. There will be many people who will tell you to separate it. It is not a requirement and doesn't guarantee anything processing wise. Basically when CIC gets your app they are going to reorganize it per their guidelines.
