For all the seniors and other members, i would like to ask a question, and have some advise, if possible.
I just finished a two years course NOC 2232 (the description is bellow) and i would like to know if i should apply for Express entry. I'm seeking a junior plc programmer job or an internship. Is it possible to achieve this Goal?. The consultants tell me that i can apply for express entry , but i think they only are seeking money. Obtaining a VISA permit is certainly good, but if only after that i can have an opportunity in the job market.

I'm 44 years old, Portuguese, Single
I worked 16 years as computer technician in industry.
I finished in December 2014 a two years TSCs: Automation, Robotics and Control ( Level 5 EQF / Level 4 as ISCED) course.
I have also taken in the last two years some other courses like CCNA CISCO, Siemens S7 PLC Automation and In this late January i will take a course of OMRON PLC.
I have moderate speaking, high writing and high reading in English.
I have high speaking,moderate writing and high reading in French ( i was born in France) .
