Question about job bank

Hi guys, a question about my EE profiles. I created my profiles, I need Job Bank registration. And I did this last afternoon, it still shows We are processing your Job Bank registration.
I just wonder if CIC have a draw today, and I pass the line, will I get ITA or not since my job bank registration still shows processing.

Once you are registered with the job bank, you will receive a PDF saying Welcome to the pool of candidates, thats when you know your profile is in the pool and you can get an ITA in the next draw if you score is equal or above the cutoff score....

you can get an ITA only after your job bank registration is done.
