hey guys i got a flight for the 5th. Emirates, Isb-Dubai-New York-Toronto,

kher i wanted to ask, i have the option of getting insurance here from Pakistan,from the Universal Insurance Company. for 1 year for Rs. 19,110. (insured for USD $50,000) for anything other than pre-existing conditions. what do you guys think? is it worth it or do you'll have a better option.

If you are attending university in Canada, you may want to check to see if and what kind of insurance they may require you to have. At many schools, it is mandatory to purchase health insurance through the university, and the only way to opt out is to either have a provincial health insurance card or be from certain exempt countries (like Sweden, Norway, Greece, France, and a handful of others).
