Hi there, I'd like to know how to fill question 8 in IMM5768E.

As it is required for the last 3 tax years, should we fill in the minimum requirement for 2013, or 2015, or total of 3 years?

it means tax information for each of the past 3 years. so since tax information is not available for 2016, that means tax information for 2013, 2014 AND 2015.
