At the third page, coming to canada, 4th question says "If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent Visitor Record, Study Permit or Temporary Resident Permit issued to you."
I currently have study permit that I got at August 2018 and a work permit that I got at May 2019 for co-op (didn't get a co-op job tho). Which one should write? Work permit that is the most recent one or study permit?
