Question about IMM0008 document in MPNP system

I have downloaded IMM0008 , I filled it but I faced a problem in (Issue and Expiration dates formats of my passport and national ID) ..
so when i click on Validate they colored in Red !

Kindly tell me the proper way to enter these dates correctly without being in red colors

Use this format which I believe should be on the form i.e YYYY-MM-DD e.g 2012-05-04 that is 2012 May 4th. Hope that helps
