Hi everybody
One of my friends recently moved to Vancouver and he is studying MBA, International Business in university. He has a job offer from a startup company named plugzio to work as a marketing specialist, helping to reach out to customers. They sell electrical devices designed to charge electric cars.
My question is that if he takes this job as a marketing specialist or consultant (part-time) and keep working there full time after he finished school, can it be considered as a field job so he can start gathering points to apply for permanent residency?
And does the fact that this company is a small startup affect anything?
and also, is there any difference between a job like this and working at Walmart, McDonald’s, etc when it comes to collecting points while studying?
I’d really appreciate any advice, suggestion, info
Tnx
