Question about form IMM 1344

Hi there

I have a question about form [IMM 1344E]

It asks for the date on which we were married

Our marriage license says January 14th

Our marriage certificate says January 18th as it was filled out by a cleric

And our marriage reception was on January 11th

Please advise me on what to do

What day did you sign the paperwork? The license should match the day of the wedding. Mine has 3 dates - Date of Marriage, Registration Date and the date the marriage certificate was signed by the Vital Statistics Agency. (and our birth dates)
