Question about Form 3911E for Iranian applicants

Hi,

I'm not sure which page(s) from 3911E Family Class Sponsorship form should an Iranian applicant include in his/ her application.

To me it appears we only need to fill pages 12 to 15 along with document checklist ( page 2 to 7 ). Also do we need to fill residency questionnarie included in this package? Or are they for Abu Dhabi and Islamabad applicants only?

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

You have to submit the Residency questionnaire too.
Those required for Afghan Nationals and Pakistan nationals are marked on the top of the form.
All other forms are to be completed by Iranians also.

Thank you, the reason I asked was because on top of those residency pages it says Embassy of Canada in Islamabad as well as Abu Dhabi... Quite confusing
