question about Family Class Sponsorship

my wife is in Philippines, we have send all papper and everything was receive in Manila Embassy in December 2015.
Even Quebec certificate, since i live in Quebec.

we did not have any news yet, we still waitting embassy asking her to send her passport.

Do anybody knows how long it takes? Like how many months? or weeks ?

Did you send it directly to Manila? If so, that's likely your problem. All Spouse Sponsorship applications are sent to Mississauga first.

Manila takes about a year I believe, but check out the Manila thread for more accurate timelines.

ohh no no, i send it to Mississauga, then was accepted, then send Quebec thing, was accepted, so the Manila office have all acceptence and we just waitting .

so it mite tale one year ? like in 2017 for them to ask her passport to stamp the visa? wow it seems sooo long i was thinking it will go faster since its Family Class Sponsorship.

You should post this question in the Manila thread. do a search on the forum for the manila thread and follow their spreadsheet (if they have any).
