Hi, guys,

My post-graduated work permit will be expired right after I got invitation (about 1 month). Is it possible I could renew or apply work permit to keep working in Canada? Thanks for answering.

You can apply for a bridge open work permit as long as your PGWP is still valid and you've submitted your e-APR after receiving your ITA.

I don't know if that answers your question but for the life of me I simply can't understand your first sentence.

Since I'll have 2-year working experience in March 2019, and I will have about 460 crs. So, I am assuming I could get invitation at that time.
