Question about Express entry

Hello guys,
I have a big question about express entry regarding IELTS score.
I got overall 6 bands in IELTS
L:6
R:5
W:6
S:6
I want to apply PR in CEC class under NOC-O position. I'm currently working as a Assistant Store Manager in a Corporate store. Is it ok to apply under express entry with overall 6bands(Reading 5). I've gone through CIC website and they mentioned CLB7 for NOC-O position.
Do i have to retake my IELTS?
Can you suggest me the ways to apply for PR.?
I'm bit confused.

Can i create my express entry profile with overall 6 Bands(reading 5.0)?

You need 6 in all section. I advice retake test, all of my friends did the same. Some of them have 5.5 in reading and they retake the test and make it 6/6.5 and then they applied for express entry.

What are the options for applying PR?
My profile as follows
One year work experience(NOC-0) in Canada .
Living in BC
finished my masters and currently holding PGWP with One year left.
Ielts overall 6(L-6 R-5.5 W-6 S-6)

CEC would be a good path if you have one year of full time experience in the NOC 0 profession (and none of this work experience was gained during your studies). However you'll need to re-write IELTS. Your score is too low. You need to score at least 6 in each of the four categories to qualify.
