Hello there ...
My question is I have valid Green Card till 2018. If i travel to Canada i can get ETA to fly , but i want to ask and need suggestions that I have two daughters under 11. Can they both travel with me on behalf of my GC via ETA to Canada.
 
Do your daughters have green cards as well? They can't benefit from your green card. They have to qualify on their own to travel. If they don't have green cards and hold non-visa exempt passports, they'll need to get TRVs to come to Canada.
 
In that case they would need to get a TRV.
 
I have one more question .
Right now i am in Pakistan . So I can fly directly to Canada via ETA or its only valid from USA ?

You can fly out of Pakistan or anywhere else in the world for as long as your green card and ETA are valid.
