Okay, I have my landing appointment letter in hand. It has the location of the appointment, and then states:

You must bring the following documents:
  • Your valid passport and/or;
  • The original of your identity document(s) that you provided to the Case Processing Center in Vegreville or to the local Canada Immigration Centre;
  • All your immigration documents; (??)
  • Proof of <<undertaking>> issued by the Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelles du Québec (MICC);
  • The <<Québec selection certificate>> issued by (MICC);
  • You have to be accompanied by your sponsor;
  • Your sponsor has to provide an ID document with picture.

So my question is about "All your immigration documents." WHAT immigration documents? I will take my passport, the undertaking letter and CSQ they ask for, and...that's it. I have the certificate I received after extending my visitor status, which I'll bring (I keep it folded in my passport), but what other immigration documents could they possibly want? Do I perhaps need to print out and bring copies of the AOR/AIP/DM letters? Anything else?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!

hmmm, your marriage certificate? I would for sure take that.

Probably means if you had some sort of temporary visa you should bring it. I think they're asking because you're already in Canada, so whatever Visa or status documents that you have currently, you should take them.

Yes, I've borrowed my husband's "Disney Princess" folder (long story short, a joke got played on him at work and they put all of his stuff in a girly folder, which he promptly started using without embarrassment). In it, I have the Québec documents from MICC, my passport, my visitor extension, and my marriage license AND court order changing my name (I had to get a court order due to a discrepancy - I use my middle name, and my first name wasn't on the marriage license, so I had to go back to court to get the U.S. government to recognize my full, legal, married name, doesn't matter, since my passport is still in my maiden name, but still going to bring all of it). I'll also have my Oklahoma driver's license. Going to go ahead and print out the AOR/AIP/DM letters now. *just in case* SO relieved to be landing close to home instead of in Montreal! If I *do* need something I didn't think to bring, it's a half an hour round-trip to my home, maximum, instead of over 10 hours.

*edited to add* OH! And I've printed my RPRF receipt, too, even though I just mailed it to CIC at their request a few weeks ago.

*bump* Any other ideas for what documentation I might need?
