From the web site of WES it is understood that one copy of evaluation report will be sent to the applcant free of cost-pl correct me if I am wrong.
1) For applicants in overseas also(India), is this correct?
2) If so, will they send it by post or is it a soft copy (email)?
3) If it is by post will it take lot of days, or is there any Indian office for WES?
