Question about degrees

I am a bit confused whether I need to have my degrees notorize. I have my transcripts and a qualification letter that lists all the degrees I have obtained. Do I need to submit notorized degree certificates also?

If you are submitting your transcripts in University sealed envelope, then thers no need to notarized them, if its copy only, then its recommended to send notarize copy, my personal opinion only, please read instructions for your visa specific, they will tell you how to submit documents. Whether you have the transcript or not, they still require a notarized copy of the degree (according to appendix A).
