question about changing address

Hello everyone,
So my husband and i want to go back to Canada for 6 monhs so that i can work. We are in process in Mexico city and we are at the point where they have asked us to get the constancia which we are doing tomorrow. we have booked a flight back to Canada March 13th. Our question is when should we notify CIC that we want to change my husbands address to my Canadian address?
Any help? Can we do this?

1. Does your spouse have a TRV? If not it is unlikely that Mexico city will issue one now.
2. He will have to change his address if he is admitted to Canada.

Yes PMM he has a mulitiple visa. So we should only change his address once we get into Canada?
