hi guys , my partner is now moving out from his condo to an aprtment with his friend and hes going to stay in that apartment for 2 months same town in bc just diffrent place then after 2 months hes going to my country to stay for a year to work, my questions is do we still need to advice cic about his change of canadian adress? , hes sponsorship is already dm 6 months ago, were just waiting for decesion to be made for me- the sponsored comon law partner, thnks for those who will reply :)

If he has a permanent mailing address, I wouldn't bother about notifying them of a new address that will only be valid for two months. If he does a change-of-address at the post office, his mail will be forwarded to his new address for a few months anyway.
As for telling CIC about him moving to your country for a year: well, you should, technically. Make sure he can get his mail - if he has a mailing address in Canada and someone to get the mail and forward things, that would be best. But if he is a PR, he cannot sponsor while he is out of the country. If he is a Canadian citizen, he can sponsor while out of Canada, but the visa officer will then want proof that he will return to Canada. It would be simpler to not tell CIC about him moving to your country, and just wait the one or two months for your PR visa - supposing, of course, that your application is processed within normal times.

so i gues its better to change his canadian add., cos hes permanently moving out from his condo, tnx alot canadian woman :) :) :) :)
