question about background check

Hello people, I submitted my app in early September and noticed that most people that submitted theirs later or around the same time as me have on their profile - background check in progress, while mine on the other hand still says not needed!
Please guys that have already gone past this stage of the process can you advice? Is that something to be concerned about or what do you think might be going on? Has anybody else had this experience?

background check - Not needed at this time....

Hi ,
I have submitted my application on July 1, 2016 and immediately after a week the background check status changed to "Not needed at this time"

Please advise me some thing happened same like with you ? Is that something to be concerned about or what going to be next stage? Has anybody else had this experience?
