Alright I have a question regarding this, and it may be a silly question..

Now I'm looking to apply for these CAIPS/GCMS notes for my wife's case for whom I applied for an outland sponsorship application back in March 2014...
We've not heard anything back from the Abu Dhabi Visa Office since applying and since I got my sponsorship approval.. We've had no AOR from the Abu Dhabi Visa Office..

Now, when I got my sponsorship approval to sponsor my wife from the Mississauga office, I got an Application number and a UCI # from there..And then it said the following..

"Dear (Sponsor/myname):
This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on
behalf of (My Wife's name) and family (if applicable).
You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing.
Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the
Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s), you may contact the visa office by e-mail,
fax, or in writing as follows:"

Now I want to know is this UCI # my wife's UCI# or MY UCI#?

I'm asking cause when I apply for the CAIPS/GCMS notes, I presume I'm applying on her behalf....and need her UCI#...
So is the UCI# above that was given to me in my sponsorship approval MY UCI#? or hers?
Cause if its mine, then I'll leave the UCI# section blank...but if its hers, I need to put it in..

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks ever so much..

you don't need your wife's uci number to request the notes. leave it blank.

the UCI# for the sponsor would have been in the eligibility letter, most likely after the sponsor's name at the top. Do not submit this number, as it will not help getting info on your wife, only you. you and your wife have different UCI #s. Your wife will most likely receive hers when she hears from the visa office about additional docs or passport request.
