Question about Application submission.

Hello,

I want to know that Mon Project is starting from 5th Jan 2016 and you can start filling your application. Can I submit my application before 18th Jan as submission time is between 18th Jan to 31 March 2016? If not, then what is the meaning of online payment?

The system allows you to prepare all of the required documents - you can submit your application after the 18th of Jan.
