question about application return

Hi guys.
Anyone knows if i have a gap when filling sponsor's past five years' address, will the application package be returned? I just mail out, but I found this mistake

Unlikely.

The first stage is a simple 'completeness check'. That you have attached all the forms and documents you stated on the checklist and that all forms are suitably signed and dated. They would not at that stage look in any detail at the answers to the questions on the forms.

Thanks, do you know is the birth certificate required to submit or opctional? Cuz I have a family booklet instead, so I put N/A on birth certificate.
