My application to sponsor my spouse was rejected in December of 2015. I am in the process of putting together the sponsorship appeal package...except I do not know where to begin how to exactly put together the package (i.e. what documents, supporting documents/proofs to include and in what order).
Any suggestions as to what I should include in the package and in what order?
For the appeal, I must prove that my marriage is genuine and in "good faith". This is what I have gathered so far:
- Proof of marriage ceremony (photos with discriptions, proof of payment to venues, and a letter from the venue stating that the ceremony took place)
- Proof of relationship after marriage (airline tickets of my travel, pictures of us together)
- Proof of communication (Facebook messages and Whatsapp conversations)
- Proof of Joint Bank Account
- Proof of money transfers
What do you guys think? Any suggestions would help, especially regarding how I should compile or organize this massive file.
