Question About Addresses

Ok so my husband has always lived in California. He has pretty much always kept the same address on his Drivers licence but has moved a few times mostly short distances. That being said should he give all his previous addresses even if they were not on his DL?

Did he use the address on anything else? I dont see why not include them it wont hurt but if you dont and they find out it will.It says to list all places you lived.So i would.You dont want to get caught for something so little as placeing an address.
