Hello everyone, I would like to know how to add my two minor children under the Minor 5(2) section to my citizenship application. Do I need to submit my citizenship application first before submitting theirs, or can we submit our applications together at the same time? Has anyone gone through this process who can help clarify? A Minor 5(2) application can only be done at the same time as the parent, or once a parent is already a citizen, so no, you can't submit yours first then try to include the kids. It needs to be at the same time. For how to do so, search on YouTube, there are plenty of FAQs for "family Canadian citizenship application" or similar search queries.
