I'm a US citizen with an offer of a 6 month working student position with an equestrian facility outside Ottawa. I'm wondering if anyone can steer me in the right direction when it comes to any visa options. I'm looking for some form of student visa, even though I am not enrolled in a college program at the moment, since I am really receiving an educational experience through the work I'd be doing daily. I'm only going to be getting a small allowance to cover food and personal needs (housing is provided), but that's it, and I do not intend to seek permanent residency.
