Hello guys, I hope you can help me a bit with this.
So I'm currently on a LMIA CWP which will be expiring in October.
I recently had gotten married and I'm putting together the spousal class PR application and wanted to submit the application for an OWP as well since my LMIA will be expiring
So question 3 on IM 5710 is asking:
I am applying for one of more of the following:
* Apply for work permit with the same employer
* Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
* Restore my status as a worker
* Get a new temporary resident permit
Which is my best option?
