Question 14.a visas from other countries, please help

In question 14.a, where I need to put the information about all my passports and travel documents (visas) in the 5 eligible years, should I add visas from other countries? For example, should I include the USA visa I have?

The question doesn't ask about visas. Travel documents aren't visas; they are documents issued in place of passports to people such as refugees, stateless etc.
