1. Do we need to include postal code in the address?
2. I am able to fill out the work and education history but when it comes to "where were you physcially located" - do i need to put the address of the education/employment location or where i was living?

1. Let me ask you: Why don't you just list the postal code, it won't hurt

2. The location where you were working physically. If you live in Mississauga, your office is in Toronto but your company has their headquarters in Calgary, then Toronto is the correct address. Cause that's where you work.
