I have a query on question 11 in schedule 3. I tried searching the forum but I am not able to find the answer. So need help...
It has 3 sub questions:
1. Assets - My assumption is that we should list down everything we have like house, cash, stocks, FD's etc.... (There is no need to show any evidence for these)
2. Liabilities - We should mention any loans etc against us (Again there is no need for any evidence for these)
3. Settlement Funds - This is the most important section and we need to show evidence for this section. So should include only those items where we have the evidence like Stocks, FD's, saving accounts etc...
Please confirm if my understanding is correct?
