My wife is planning to study in Canada. Can I also apply for dependent visa along with? If I get dependent visa can I work in dependant visa while she is studying? How long does it take for dependent visa does it come along with her student visa?

Yes, you can apply for an open work permit at the same time. The applications are processed separately and will not necessarily be approved at the same time. Often the study permit application will be finalized first and the OWP later. Processing times vary from country to country and from application to application, and are influenced by application volumes. I can't guess how long you would be waiting.
