Hi. I need your favour please. I did 2 years study. And applied for work permit. But my sin number and study permit got expire. I want to know can i do work until i don't get decision from immigration.

If you applied for your PGWP before your study permit expired, you can continue working on your expired SIN until your PGWP is approved, at which point you can apply to renew your SIN.
