Query to check my eligibility for Quebec Skilled Worker (CSQ)

Hello Guys,

I would wish to apply for Quebec Skilled Worker Category (CSQ). I would like to know if I'm eligible for Quebec Skilled Worker Program?

Here are my details :

Previous Education:
Completed three (3) years diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery(GNM) in 2009 from India.

Age-26 Years

IELTS-7.0 bands Overall with 6.5 bands each in Speaking and Listening.

French proficiency-none

Work Experience- 3 years

Please assess the eligibilty for my profile, If not eligible then please suggest me the other options for getting eligible.
