My father and mother are ex-NRI and donot have any jobs in India.
If I mention their job as ex-NRI ,Will it create any problem in my visa approval when considering my family ties with home country..

Ex-NRI is not a job. NRI is purely a status for tax purposes. If your parents are retired in India you can mention they are retired. If they are asking for the last worked company then you can mention the last company they worked for.

You need to write the exact work status, if any. Any details can be mentioned in the SOP.

My father resigned from abroad 8 yrs ago...Current he dont have any job...

Ys..He worked as an electrical technician in gulf..
Resigned from there 8 years ago..
Now he is not employed.
My mother also resigned from abroad 2 years back..

I don't know about GIC, I suppose you can mention they are retired. I assume you are asking about study permit questionnaire ?

As the required documents in instructional manuel doesnt mention it

I don't know what you are applying for. Where is it asking for your parents occupation in SDS ?
