Query:Registration & Creating profile in EE

Hi All,

I am currently waiting my WES evaluation, it should be done in a few days, much before my spouse's as we have submitted her documents later than mine. My query is if I can go ahead and create profile in EE and declare no ECA for my spouse and update the profile once we receive her ECA at a later date? Can we update our profiles in before receiving ITA? Also, if I receive ITA before her ECA, then is it required to update her ECA result?
