Query regarding work location : worked in 2 different countries in same job

Hi Seniors/Friends,
Can some one please help me with this.I have confusion regarding work location for my wife.
She joined a company in Noida and then got on-shore (Singapore).
she served the company in Noida for 1.5 years and then Singapore 3.5 years.
She resigned from Singapore and came back to India.
My question is regarding her work location, should we mention as Noida, India or Singapore.
we have on relieving letter from India stating the total experience in the company and they stay in Singapore.
Y-Axis process consultant says that I should show it as Noida, India, while filling up the express entry profile.
Seniors please help !!!

The work experience can be split up in the EE profile between two locations - India and Singapore. Mention the same designation, NOC with applicable dates for each location and submit the same reference letter for both.
