Hi there,
In my EE profile I have claimed more than 4 years of experience in the last ten years for two separate NoC Codes (NOC CoDe 9232- primary, and NOc 4163 as other work experience). Since I had already the required no.of work experience years in the last 10 years, I decided not to put my present employment work history (I started the job in May this year) in my express entry profile. The reason being is that being a new employee it might be a bit too soon to obtain a reference letter. The company that I work for is in New Zealand and I am taking their help for visa assistance here also, so bringing another country's Immgration into the picture might send out the wrong message.
Do I actually need to show my present employment details if i dont claim any points for it in Express Entry. If issued an ITA, will IRCC need any info regarding present employment?
Looking for guidance.
Cheers!
