Query regarding visa filing

Hello
I am citizen of India. I have started my Canadian PR process and waiting for my expression of interest.
Now I'm getting married and will be relocating to USA at dependant Visa.
My question is once I am in USA and I get my expression of interest from Canada, can I do my visa filing from usa or should I have to come back to India and do it?

You can do it in the States.
